Originally from Gatineau, Patrick Nolet is part of the 6th generation of accordionists in his family. A guitarist from a young age, like his father Christian, he took up the accordion at 34. He quickly became a virtuoso of the diatonic accordion, mastering John Kimmel’s repertoire and Irish music. Christian Nolet, an experienced guitarist with a unique style, studied trad music under M. Aurèle Lacroix. Father and son released an album in 2022, alongside pianist Martine Billette.
