Born in Saint-Paul de Montminy, Alexandre Patry learned the accordion alongside Raynald Ouellet. His lively and accurate style makes him one of the musicians to watch in the upcoming generation of traditional music musician. He has recently begun teaching diatonic accordion at the International School of Music in Montmagny. He participated in his first international festival in July 2023: the meeting of accordionists from the Pyrenees in Arseguel (Catalonia, Spain).
