Description
Élisabeth and Virginie Nicol have been active in the Quebec traditional music scene for several years.
A multi-instrumentalist, Élisabeth has been playing the accordion for over twelve years. She is passionate about exploring and interpreting works by Quebec and international composers, drawing inspiration from traditional music sessions and her encounters with other musicians.
A classically trained pianist with a Master’s degree in music, Virginie has accompanied her sister on piano since their early beginnings in the traditional music scene.
Together, they develop a sensitive and cohesive approach to traditional music, exploring its richness with finesse and creativity.
