TokaTaNoka
TokaTaNoka
Description
TokaTaNoka began as a collaboration between Maider Martineau and Olivier Bussières during Maider’s studies at Laval University. Both passionate about percussion, they formed a duo, incorporating various instruments like the Basque accordion “trikitixa,” alboka, and vocals. They performed across Quebec, winning awards and gaining recognition. With the addition of jazz fusion bassist Carl Mayotte, their sound expanded further.
